Turo gives every renter instant booking, secure payment, license verification and a choice of protection plans. It also means our calendar is always accurate — if a date shows as available, it's available. You're still dealing directly with us for pickup, questions and support.

You can pick up in Edgewood, Maryland (21040) or at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. Exact meeting details are confirmed through the Turo app after you book. Airport handoff options and any delivery fee are shown on each car's listing.

Yes. BWI pickup and return are available — you skip the rental-car shuttle and counter entirely. Choose the BWI location when you book and we'll coordinate the handoff by message.

Age and driver eligibility are set by Turo and can vary by vehicle. Turo checks your license and driving record automatically during checkout and will tell you right away if you're approved.

When you book, Turo offers several protection plans with different levels of coverage and deductibles. Choose the one that fits you at checkout. Your personal auto policy or credit card may also offer coverage — check with them before your trip.

Yes, additional drivers are free. Each additional driver needs to be added and approved on Turo before they drive.

Turo's cancellation policy applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so you'll know exactly what's refundable.

The BMW X2 and Land Rover Discovery Sport are pet friendly. Please use a seat cover or blanket and return the car free of excess pet hair. The BMW 4 Series is not pet friendly.

Several of our cars have a toll pass, so you can use Maryland's toll roads and tunnels without stopping. Tolls you incur are billed to you after the trip at cost through Turo.

Every car is fueled before your trip. Please return it with the same fuel level — all three cars take premium gasoline.

Yes. Longer trips automatically get Turo's weekly and monthly discounts on the listing. For stays of a month or more — TDY assignments at Aberdeen Proving Ground, insurance replacements or corporate travel — send us a note on the contact page and we'll help you plan it.

No. All vehicles are non-smoking, including vaping.
